My love for photography began at age 14, when I borrowed my sister's manual Olympus SLR camera.  I was captivated from the moment I clicked the shutter.  I knew right then what I was going to be when I grew up.  Since that time, I have pursued a career in photography, graduating from the Hallmark institute of Photography in 2001.  An intensive ten month program, Hallmark Institute combines the art, technology and business of photography.

Upon graduation, I took a position as staff photographer at Berry and Homer in Philadelphia, PA.  During my three years at Berry & Homer, I was able to hone my skills by photographing everything from artwork and products to commercial building and warehouses.

In 2005, I made the decision to start my own commercial photography business, and thus began The Plaid Image.

The Plaid Image is based out of Wilmington, Delaware.  Wilmington, DE is located within two hours of Philadelphia, PA; New York City; Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; and everything inbetween.

My mission is simple, customer satisfaction.

My prices are affordable, and quality of work is excellent.
